Service King has been live with Ivanti solutions for a few months now and NCSi continues to consult with ongoing work on their imaging rollout nationwide.

Earlier this year they rolled out Endpoint Manager focusing on agent deployment and patching for over 5000+ machines. Service King transitioned from Kace to Ivanti Service Manager’s Cloud solution to help improve service request management, enhance processes with better reporting visibility and provide access to a knowledgebase to better assist end users.
