Bountiful, Utah— January 31, 2020 — Network Consulting Services, Inc. (NCSi) welcomes Jerry Hall as Senior ITSM Consultant to the company.  Jerry joins NCSi with over 8+ years of experience in ITSM Administration and will be responsible for providing customized Service Management solutions for our customers.

As a member of our ITSM consulting team he will be managing on-premise and cloud software implementations and configurations, including ISM and Voice products.

Previously, Jerry worked as a Technical Consultant for Ivanti Software, and prior to that he worked for a HEAT Software customer as an ISM Administrator for 5 years.
