Ivanti Advocate and NCSi customer, Michael Majeres, shares his success with Ivanti Endpoint Manager at Terumo BCT and what he learned in transition to Covid-19.

Michael Majeres is a systems administrator for Terumo BCT, a global leader in blood collection and processing technologies headquartered in his hometown of Lakewood, Colorado. He has spent over 25 years in IT, primarily focused on software distribution. He started in IT by scripting application re-installs to support a Windows NT migration, a job he got because he knew how to spell “NT”. His current role includes managing infrastructure for Ivanti Endpoint Manager, leading efforts to improve agent health, and is additionally responsible for keeping all corporate servers secure through configuration and use of Patch for Windows powered by Shavlik. He will also be driving the implementation of Ivanti Security Controls to replace that in the near future! He and his wife, Samantha, have 7 fantastic children. This is his 4th time attending Interchange, and the 1st time presenting.
