NCSI is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to assist in following-up on opportunities generated from the marketing team.  The successful candidate will have previous inside sales experience.  It is preferred that the successful candidate have familiarity with software sales and products from vendors such as; Ivanti, Imperva, Palo Alto, VMware, Okta, HPE, and/or ServiceNow.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Make outbound sales calls to clients that have been identified by the marketing department as “viable opportunities”
  • Update SalesForce notes and information on the opportunities
  • Work with the Sales Operations team to prepare quotes
  • Provide literature, sales information, and coordinate follow up appointment to viable opportunities
  • Report on sales KPIs for ISR performance
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance quotas
  • Assist Field Account Executives in closing opportunities
  • Provide a high level of follow-up and customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization, documentation and organization skills
