<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized <strong>Sales Support Administrative Assistant</strong> to join our team. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing customer data, processing orders and invoices, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate effectively across internal teams and with clients.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to orders, documentation, and account information.</li>
<li>Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination of sales activities.</li>
<li>Generate and maintain sales reports and performance tracking using Excel and CRM tools.</li>
<li>Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.</li>

The main duties of our project managers are centered around managing and maintaining Professional Services projects while working effectively in a remote team environment.</p>
<p>Communication is the most critical asset to our team, we have many stakeholders to provide constant updates to &#8211; customers, internal teams, and the engineers performing the work on our projects. Please consider applying even if you do not meet all the qualifications.</p>
<p>A Project Manager will be responsible for medium and low-level projects.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>A strong self-starter mentality is required.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; detail and solution-oriented</li>
<li>Experience with project planning tools and ability to use various office documentation tools</li>
<li>IT project management experience (preferred): 4-6 years</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide first-class, proactive communication between the internal business, external partners, and customers</li>
<li>Strategically schedule consultants for customer experience, billable utilization, and skillset</li>
<li>Manage multiple small to medium-scale implementation projects across various software products including, but not limited to Service Desk Management and Asset Management systems.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including targeted milestones that align with deadlines, budget, and available resources</li>
<li>Facilitate and document regularly held project meetings with required teams and stakeholders, including meeting preparation, agendas, documentation, meeting follow-up, and effective status reporting</li>
<li>Effectively manage issues or risks with proven leadership and problem-solving resolution</li>
<li>Learn internal systems &amp; business processes to bring blended teams together to accomplish desired goals</li>
<li>Support reporting on month-end billing process on all open projects and other various operational tasks per the company goals.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> What We Offer:</strong></p>

<li>Competitive salary range: $65,000-$70,000 DOE</li>
