Service Desk Training
This instructor-led training will teach attendees key fundamental skills in order to maintain the Service Desk or Asset Manager environments. In the first three days, students will be acquainted with the fundamental concepts underlying Service Desk and it architecture, and then move into in depth coverage of the most common modules and functions used within the system. Included in this coverage will be discussion of the best practices around planning/creating/maintaining for these modules (the same principles can be used in the future with further modules), understanding User Management, best practice for data import, and use of the powerful, built in query designer. The remaining two days will be spent covering advanced skills and concepts for creation of Business Objects, Window Design and Process Design. Click here for a syllabus
